Paper Submission

  1. Download Copyright Declaration Form    Download
  2. Fill up the Declaration form, sign it, scan and upload the file
  3. Upload the manuscript in the File upload section
  4. Once your manuscript is approved for publication, you will be informed and then you are required to submit the publication Fees (Rs 500)
  5. In case of payment by DD, send DD to SVIL office and upload copy on this site in the File upload section
  6. Submit Documents here -> Submit Documents
